How to Use
Start with 1 teaspoon per day, and increase gradually as needed. Many will do well with 2 tablespoons daily. You can take it every day, every other day, or simply when you feel you might get constipated. Everyone’s different.
Mix with about 1 cup of water. Personally, I like to add just enough water to make it an applesauce-like consistency and enjoy it like a snack... but find what works best for you. Just be careful not to overdo it, as too much psyllium husk can sometimes have the opposite effect and cause constipation.
Ingredients (in descending order by weight): dehydrated and freeze dried organic mango fruit, organic whole flakes psyllium husk, dehydrated organic dates.
